Endowment Fund Donation
We are incredibly grateful to receive a $10,000 donation to the Endowment Fund! The St. Vincent de Paul spring/summer clothing drive is scheduled for the weekend of June 8/9. Donation bags will be handed out after all Masses at IHM, SP and CTK on June 1/2. Bags with your donations (clothing, shoes, accessories and linens) can be brought back the following weekend, June 8/9. Volunteers will be available in the parking lots of each church to accept your donations. This is a great chance to clean out your closets before summer. For those who pre-ordered copies of the shrine history books, they will be available for pick-up on June 1 between 9:30-11am in the church main entrance. Payment of $15 per book (cash or check) can be made at the time of pick-up. The book's author, Nico Fassino, will be present to personally autograph the books. Please consider how you can make a difference in the lives of so many across this country. Brochures/envelopes will be available in the back of church.Change to Mass Stipends & Stole FeesThe suggested amount for Mass Offerings (stipends) is changing from $10 to $20. The $10 suggested amount has been in place for nearly 30 years and the bishops of Wisconsin met and agreed that an increase was appropriate in light of long-term inflation. High school graduates will sit with their families during 9am Mass at SP on May 19, and will receive a blessing at the conclusion of the Mass. There will be a small reception afterward for the graduates and their families.Euchre Night at CTK
Christ the King Men’s Club is hosting a Euchre Night on May 19. Gather at 6:30pm, play at 7pm. Open to all adults, couples and singles welcome. $5/person.Walking with Moms
Walking with Moms in Need is a parish-based initiative to increase support for pregnant and parenting mothers in need. Learn more about Stella Maris Walking with Moms at CTK hall, May 22 6pm-7:30pm. Our pastorate is joining this effort to help vulnerable families find support. Details here.The Diocese of Madison Walking with Moms is hosting a day of prayer for all pastorates as we unite to walk with families in our communities.
